Beautyworld Japan Nagoya 2026 generates strong leads and positive exhibitor feedback

The 4th edition of Beautyworld Japan Nagoya came to a successful close, having run over three days from 23 – 25 March 2026 at Port Messe Nagoya Exhibition Hall 1. The fair hosted 173 exhibitors, including 63 debutants, who showcased a wide range of the latest products, services, and techniques related to beauty, health, and lifestyle. 9,621 industry professionals visited the show, including those from the aesthetic, nail, hair, and eyelash sectors, as well as business owners, distributors, and manufacturers. Visitors actively engaged in demonstrations at exhibitor booths, participated in industry-focused seminars, and experienced the latest trends firsthand, leading to fruitful business discussions across the venue, which contributed to the fair’s overall success.

Chubu region’s largest beauty trade fair Beautyworld Japan Nagoya returns for fourth edition

Beautyworld Japan Nagoya, a comprehensive beauty trade fair in the Chubu region, will take place from 23 – 25 March 2026 at Port Messe Nagoya, Exhibition Hall 1. Covering the full beauty spectrum, the show brings together key sub-sectors including aesthetics, hair, nails, eyelashes, inner beauty, beauty equipment, medical beauty, OEM services and business support. The 2026 edition is expected to welcome around 200 exhibitors, showcasing products and services that support the development of the industry in central Japan and beyond. Beautyworld Japan Nagoya delivers demands and strengthens position as a leading fair for beauty professionals

Organised by Messe Frankfurt Japan Ltd, Beautyworld Japan Nagoya has once again contributed to the development of the beauty sector, with participation from leading companies in Japan. Aiming to be the Tokai region’s best meeting point for the nation’s beauty industry players, from 14 – 16 July 2025 the show attracted 13,066 trade visitors, including buyers, wholesalers and manufacturers at Port Messe Nagoya Exhibition Hall 1. 218 exhibitors, including 84 making their debuts, showcased the latest trends, products and technologies in the aesthetic, cosmetics, hair, nail, eyelash and other beauty-related segments. Brimming with innovations, business networking opportunities, and continuous education through the fringe programme, the 3rd edition provided an indispensable B2B platform for both exhibitors and visitors.

Rising demand, growing stage: Beautyworld Japan Nagoya strengthens its position in the Tokai region

Beautyworld Japan Nagoya will host its third edition at Port Messe Nagoya from 14 – 16 July 2025. A sister event of Beautyworld Japan Tokyo, Japan’s largest B2B beauty show, the Nagoya fair will offer retailers, buyers, suppliers and distributors from all beauty-related industries the opportunity to foster new business relationships and explore industry innovations. Last year, 247 exhibitors from Japan, Korea, and Sweden presented their latest products and services to 14,364 visitors from 10 countries and regions. This year’s show, introducing new initiatives such as redesigning the seminar programme and business event, will welcome 250 exhibitors and strengthen its role as a future-forward platform for products and services defining the industry.

Beautyworld Japan Nagoya concludes with 14,313 visitors and 247 exhibitors

The second edition of the Japan’s largest trade fair for the Tokai region, the country’s fourth most populated prefecture, welcomed 14,313 trade visitors from beauty-related industries such as cosmetics, aesthetics, hair, nails, eyelash and health care. The three-day event at Portmesse Nagoya, Hall 1 from 29 – 31 July 2024 drew 247 exhibitors, including participants from Sweden and South Korea. With the expanded size of the exhibition area, the fair introduced three new zones, namely ‘Fem more’, ‘Wellness & Beauty’ and ‘Tasty’. In the special area ‘NEXT’, 28 first-time companies seeking to expand their business in the region enthusiastically showcased their brands. The show provided exclusive opportunities for both exhibitors and trade visitors to build long-term business partnerships and find new products and services representing the entire beauty industry in Japan.

Second edition of Beautyworld Japan Nagoya ready to kick off with 230 exhibitors and three new zones

From 29 – 31 July 2024, the Nagoya edition of Japan’s largest B2B beauty and wellness trade show will open its doors to distributors, buyers and beauty professionals from Tokai and beyond. With last year’s successful debut attracting 222 exhibitors and 15,586 visitors, the second edition will welcome 230 exhibitors and add three new zones. ‘NEXT’, a new dedicated area for start-up companies, will showcase around 30 brands. Covering everything from women’s health to cosmetics and even beauty-enhancing food, the fair will provide valuable opportunities to reconnect, establish new business relationships, and explore numerous products, services and innovations.

Inaugural Beautyworld Japan Nagoya welcomes over 15,000 visitors

The first edition of Beautyworld Japan Nagoya closed on 26 July 2023 with resounding success at Portmesse Nagoya Hall 1. As a sister exhibition to Beautyworld Japan Tokyo, the country’s largest beauty fair, the Nagoya edition opened a new chapter for the industry in the Chubu region. It attracted 15,625 visitors during the three-day period, far exceeding the initial estimate of 12,000. 222 exhibitors (Japan: 220, Overseas: 2), including participants from China and South Korea, presented a wide range of products, services, techniques and information related to cosmetics, aesthetics, nail, hair and beauty equipment for salons, hotels and retailers throughout the show.

Over 200 exhibitors confirmed for inaugural Beautyworld Japan Nagoya

The new addition to Japan’s leading beauty trade fair series Beautyworld Japan is scheduled to take place in Nagoya from 24 – 26 July 2023 in Portmesse Nagoya Hall 1. With less than two months to go until the opening day, over 200 participants have signed up to conduct business with more than 12,000 expected trade visitors. With these encouraging initial participation figures, the show is poised to establish itself as the best destination in central Japan to source a wide range of products, services, techniques and information related to the beauty industry.

Beautyworld heads to Nagoya in 2023 – a fourth location for the trade fair series in Japan

Messe Frankfurt has made the decision to launch a Nagoya edition of its popular series of Beautyworld Japan trade fairs. The inaugural edition is set to take place from 24 – 26 July 2023 at Portmesse Nagoya, Nagoya International Exhibition Hall, with an expansive showcase of products, services, techniques and information related to cosmetics, aesthetics, nail, hair and beauty equipment for salons and beauty professionals. The show is expected to attract approximately 150 exhibitors and 7,000 visitors over the three-day period.
